How long does aluminium slat fencing last?
25+ years. Aluminium doesn't rust, and the powder-coat finish is baked-on, it won't peel or fade like paint.
Will it fade in the Melbourne sun?
Quality powder-coat (we use Dulux Duralloy or equivalent) is UV-stable and warranted against fading. Cheap import finishes do fade, we don't use them.
Can I have a slat fence as a pool fence?
Yes, with the correct spacing (no climbable footholds, gap rules met) and a self-closing self-latching gate. We design pool slat fences to comply with Victorian pool safety standards.
What height is allowed in my front yard?
Most western suburbs councils cap front fences at 1.2–1.5m. We can add a "see-through" slat-spacing infill above 1.2m in some councils, check your specific address with us.
